1. Site Use

MigMap delivers migration stats (illegal entries, deportations, legal inflows) from publicly available CBP, ICE, and State Dept data—see our "Sources" section for details. It's for personal, non-commercial use only.

1.1 Age Restriction: Must be 13+—not for kids.

1.2 Social Media: We embed feeds from MigMap accounts on X, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Your actions there follow each platform's terms and privacy rules.

Rules: No scraping, copying, or redistributing data without written consent. No illegal or harmful use.

2. Subscriptions & Merchandise

2.1 Subscriptions: $1/month via Stripe for ad-free access and alerts—non-refundable, cancel anytime in your account. Pricing may shift with notice.

2.2 Merchandise: Gear sold via Shopify/Printful follows their terms—non-subscription refunds depend on their policies.

3. Advertising

Google AdSense runs ads unless you subscribe. We're not liable for ad content or third-party links.

4. Data Accuracy

Public-sourced data is "as-is"—we aim for precision but aren't responsible for errors, delays, or gaps.

5. Intellectual Property

MigMap's design, code, and aggregated data are ours—no reuse or claims without permission.

6. Liability

Use at your risk—we're not liable for damages, data issues, or downtime.

7. Changes

Terms may update—check here. Continued use means you're on board.

8. Termination

Violate these, and we can cut access—no refunds.

9. Governing Law

U.S. and California law rule. Disputes hit Sacramento courts.
